Infant School
We learnt about the number 5 and the letter K. We learnt some funny poems and rhymes about Santa Claus because on 6th December Santa usually comes to give us presents. We learnt some words in English related to Santa Claus.
First Class
We laernt about the water, and the process of making the rain. We have the dictation test the first time! It was difficult ! We laernt how to operate on numbers from 0 to 7.
We painted and drew a lot of pictures of Santa Claus. It was a sort of competitions which picture is the best.
Second Class
On Monday during English lesson we learnt about toys, school items and colours.Tuesday was a day of Santa Claus.We got a lot of present. We sang some song for Santa. Everyone wore Santa's cap.We learnt multiplication table ranging from 1 to 20. We had a very difficult test on Wednesday.
Third Class
On Art classes we made papper angels and other hand -made decorations in order to decorate our classroom for Chrismas time.
Fourth class
We were at the cinema on Wednesday. We watched a film ,,Little agents". It was great!
We are waiting for Christmas!!!!

Time for
helping
Christmas
is time when we more often help other people. Every year before Christmas our
school organizes some charity actions like ‘You can also become Santa Claus’ or ‘The mountain of pennies’.
The main idea of these actions is to collect things such as: toys, school
items, sweets, clothes and money which are given to kids living in orphanages
or kids in need.
This year
pupils in our school were really generous and we managed to collect a lot of
things and quite big amount of money.
On 8 th
January we had a day called ‘Big orchestra of Christmas helping’. This day in
every village, small town and big city in Poland people organize concerts,
shows and other events during which thousands of volunteers collect money in
boxes specially prepared for this purpose.
Obviously
we also joined this action. We organized a concert of our school orchestra in
a local church.
It was 20 th final of
‘national playing of Big Orchestra ‘This year the Polish managed collect
over 10 million euros! Collected money goes into the kitty and are donated for
hospitals, to be used for buying modern expensive medical equipment especially
for children
